BRIEF OVERVIEW

Received the attached letter and Notice of Public Hearing, via first class mail, from the City of Brooksville Planning and Zoning Commission advising of a Public Hearing scheduled April 9, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 201 Howell Avenue, Brooksville, Florida, to hear a petition from Hawk Land Investors New, LLC on behalf of Majestic Oaks Partners, LLC and American Collegiate Academy, LLC requesting the rezoning from PDP-MU (Planned Development Project-Mixed) to PDP-MU to modify the currently approved site layout.  The subject property is located approximately 591.10 acres in size, generally described as being located south of Croom Road, east of McIntyre Road and north of Mondon Hill Road in the City of Brooksville, Florida.
