Received a request from De’More Patrick, Public Information Officer for the Florida Department of Health, for a resolution proclaiming November 2025 as Diabetes Awareness Month in Hernando County. The resolution encourages all citizens to take an active role in their health by learning about the risks of diabetes, obtain health screenings and adopt healthier lifestyle habits.
