BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County Procurement is requesting approval to utilize CoreTrust Cooperative contracts.
Hernando County Procurement Department would like ongoing use approval for Coretrust Cooperative Contracts. Multiple departments will be utilizing these contracts and agreements on an as-needed basis for services and purchases of products and equipment.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
None at this time. Financial impact will be determined at the time purchases are requested.

In accordance with Part II, Chapter 2, Article V of the Hernando County Code of Ordinances.
recommendation
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board authorize the use of all current and future Coretrust contracts for County-wide department use. This approval will be ongoing until terminated.
It is understood that contractual purchases under the Advertised Bidding Requirement (ABR) will be approved by the Chief Procurement Officer. Any county department purchase request that exceeds the ABR, will be brought to the Board for approval.
