BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Planning Division is requesting to modify Hernando County Ordinance Appendix A, Article III, Section 3, to provide a clear process focused on the use of the property and lot split requirements for commercial and residential Class A subdivisions. The intent is to streamline the process for staff to review model home permits simultaneously with the development of public use improvements and allow a percentage of homes to be constructed prior to completion of those public use improvements.
