Received a request from Janine Kell, Program Manager of the You Thrive Florida Children's Advocacy Center of Hernando County, for a resolution proclaiming April 2025 as Child Abuse Prevention Month in Hernando County. The attached resolution promotes awareness of healthy child development, positive parenting practices and the types of concrete support families need within their communities to prevent child abuse and neglect.
