BRIEF OVERVIEW
The State of Florida-Department of Management Services (Forestry) is considered a tenant in good standing; leasing hangar No. 1 since 2008. They wish to continue leasing Hangar No. 1. The term of the lease begins January 1, 2024, and continues month to month unless terminated under the terms of the agreement.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Continued revenue of $409.59 in Account No. 4311-07411-3620024 (Lease-Airport Hangars) monthly for the Airport.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the State of Florida-Department of Management Services (Forestry) lease agreement for the use of Hangar No. 1 and approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the lease and related documents.
