BRIEF OVERVIEW
Commissioner John Allocco will recognize Barbara Wills-Lipford for her assistance with highway clean-up. Since November 2021, Barbara Wills-Lipford personally and sometimes with help, cleaned trash along the 2.5 miles of Thrasher Avenue more than 20 times.
Her personal example to fellow Hernando County residents and her selfless determination to keep her community clean of highway trash, is to be publicly recognized and commended.
