BRIEF OVERVIEW
On October 26, 2023, Hernando County Code Enforcement requested piggyback of Pinellas County Contract 23-1122 Foreclosure Property Registry Services, with a contract expiration of October 25, 2028, the Contract provides for one (1) additional two (2) year renewal periods.
Hernando County Code Enforcement currently has no Foreclosure Property Registry Services contract and requests piggyback approval with Munireg, LLC to provide those Contract services for the contract term with renewals, seven (7) years, in the estimated revenue amount of $924,000.00 with an estimated annual revenue amount of $132,000.00. Hernando County Procurement Department has assigned No. 23-P0140/FH to this Contract for tracking purposes.
The annual estimated revenue for Munireg, LLC is $132,000.00 for providing the Foreclosure Property Registry Service. This is a fee-based service that they provide. The fees are assessed to the applicant.
The Chief Procurement Officer has reviewed this requirement for conformance to Procurement Ordinance and Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The estimated annual revenue amount is $132,000.00. Revenue will be funded to Hernando County Code Enforcement Account No. 01531-3439070 (Fee-Foreclosure Prop Reg).

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve the utilization of Pinellas County Contract 23-1122 with Munireg, LLC for foreclosure property registry services for the contract term with renewals, seven (7) years, in the estimated revenue amount of $924,000.00 with an estimated annual revenue amount of $132,000.00.
