BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Tourist Development Council (TDC) has recommended Marketing Grants for the following in Florida’s Adventure Coast:
• 2026 Hernando County Blueberry Festival, hosted by Community Markets & Events, LLC - $3,500
• Pedal Play Day, hosted by Brooksville Main Street, Inc. - $1,000
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding is available from:
Expense:
Fund: B120 - Tourist Development Tax Fund, Department: 132 - Tourism, Account: 534800 - Operating-Promo Activities.
All TDC Special Event Marketing Grants are funded by the 5% Tourist Development Tax. The requested grant funding is available in the approved budget.
