BRIEF OVERVIEW
On June 22, 2021, the Board awarded Communications International, Inc., with the P-25 Interoperable Public Safety Radio Network System (MT 18352). As part of that agreement, there were to be eight (8) cell tower sites to facilitate the use of the new equipment. American Towers, LLC is to provide services relating to two (2) of those towers and GTP Acquisition Partners II, LLC provides service to one (1) tower. The towers are located at the following locations:

1. 23305 Powell Road, Brooksville, FL 34601 - Site No. 75116
(American Towers, LLC)

2. 7052 Treiman Boulevard, Webster, FL 33597 - Site No. 23914
(American Towers LLC)

3. 5308 Drew Street, Brooksville, FL 34604 - Site No. 370765
(GTP Acquisition Partners II LLC)

The Initial Term was to be a period of fourteen (14) years beginning on the Commencement Date. The "Commencement Date" was to be the earlier of: (i) the date of Licensor's issuance of a NTP or (ii) December 1, 2021. Monthly license fee payments were to begin the month following the date of commencement to increase 3% each year. There are three (3) renewal periods of five (5) years each.

The attached First Amendment for the Brooksville, Powell Road site corrects the site location and changes the Commencement Date to February 1, 2022.

The attached First Amendment for the Webster site changes the Commencement Date to July 1, 2022, for a period of ten (10) years.

The attached First Amendment for the Brooksville, Drew Street site changes the Commencement Date to February 1, 2022.
