BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Diaz Court Water Main Replacement Project was awarded by the Board on April 23, 2024, Doc Id. No. 13867, to Goodwin Bros. Construction, Inc., in the amount of $164,831.80. This project is Quote No. Five under Contract No. 23-T00040/AP Construction Services under $500K.
Change Order One (1) was to reduce the purchase order by $68,106.00 due to switching from open cut installation to horizontal direction drill which required less restoration, decreasing the Contract by $68,106.00 from $164,831.80 to $96,725.80.
The Final Contract amount is $96,725.80 (PO No. 24000795).
The work has been completed and Goodwin Bros. Construction Inc. has submitted its Final Pay Application No. Two (2) in the amount of $25,633.03.
All releases properly include Hernando County. Goodwin Bros. Construction, Inc., has signed a release of lien. All notices of lien or claims of lien have been released on the project.
