BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County Water and Sewer District (HCUD) has received a Perpetual Utility Easement from Diocese of Saint Petersburg. This easement is needed due to an existing HCUD owned water main that is located on private property. The lack of easement was discovered during the US 301 widening project as the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) worked with the Diocese of Saint Petersburg on modifications to their site.
