BRIEF OVERVIEW
On August 3, 2004, Hernando HMA, Inc., predecessor to Hernando HMA, LLC and Hernando County Water and Sewer District (HCUD) entered into a Water and Sewer Service Agreement for the facility now known as Bravera Health Brooksville Hospital. Recently, Hernando HMA, LLC has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to sell the Bravera Health Brooksville Hospital to Tampa General Hospital Hernando, LLC.
In conjunction with the sale, Hernando HMA, LLC (assignor) has requested HCUD to consent to assigning the existing water and sewer agreement to the new owner, Tampa General Hospital Hernando, LLC.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the attached Assignment of Water and Sewer Service Agreement to Tampa General Hospital Hernando, LLC and authorize the Chairman’s signature thereon, following which staff will record the document in the Public Records of Hernando County.
