BRIEF OVERVIEW
At the November 4, 2025, Board of County Commissioners hearing, the Board denied a petition requesting a Rezoning from PDP(SU)/Planned Development Project (Special Use) to PDP(GC)/Planned Development Project (General Commercial) with a Specific C-2 use for a drive-in restaurant with deviations submitted by Meridien Development, LLC (Mark Keschl) on behalf of Kenneth L. Haber, Martha Haber, Gary Haber, and Evelyn Haber (File No. H2482).
Attached is a resolution ratifying the Board’s action for denial.
