BRIEF OVERVIEW
This reimbursement resolution allows for the County to reimburse various costs and expenditures relating to the acquisition, construction, and equipping of the Fleet portion of the new central fueling facility which the County has paid for, and/or reasonably anticipates that it will pay for, from moneys in the HCUD/Utilities operating fund. It is reasonably expected that reimbursement for such expenses shall come from the issuance of tax-exempt debt and is not expected to exceed $2 million.
The purpose of this resolution is to serve as a declaration of official intent to meet the requirements of Treasury Regulations.

No financial impact at this time.

The Board has the authority to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes and 26 CFR § 1.150-2.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached resolution for the reimbursement of certain costs relating to acquisition, construction and equipping of the Fleet Portion of the New Central Fueling Facility.
