Acceptance of Right-of-Way Maintenance Map for Portion of Dan Brown Hill Road

BRIEF OVERVIEW
Attached for the Board’s information and approval is a signed and sealed Hernando County maintained right-of-way map. Hernando County shares ownership with Pasco County and maintains the north half of Dan Brown Hill Road. The attached maintenance map legally defines the boundaries of the County’s maintenance responsibility, which represents what the County has been maintaining for over four (4) years.

OBJECTIVE D.1.1 Pursue diverse funding opportunities to support the maintenance and improvement of community assets, (parks and roadway maintenance), with a goal of identifying and applying for key sources.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Hernando County maintenance map for a portion of Dan Brown Hill Road.
