BRIEF OVERVIEW

Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD) has a new sewer force main/pumping station improvement project in the Publix plaza at Barclay Avenue and Spring Hill Drive. The existing force main transects two existing parcels within an easement. Due to planned development on these two parcels, it was mutually agreed to relocate the easements and install the new force main as part of the already planned improvement project in the new location.  The owners have each given an easement to HCUD which grants access to install the new lines, along with any future access as needed for repairs, upgrades, maintenance, etc.
