Public Transportation Grant Agreement With State Department of Transportation for Airport Layout Plan and Exhibit A Update Project at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport and Associated Resolutions

BRIEF OVERVIEW
The current Airport Layout Plan (ALP) Set was last updated in 2016 as part of the previous Master Plan Update for the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport (BKV). Since that time, the airport has gone through several changes which include recent airfield developments (i.e., new airfield configuration, infrastructure, and hangar facilities), role classification as a National Airport and a series of property acquisitions and releases. As a result, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) required ALP and Exhibit A Airport Property Inventory Map Update being considered is intended to incorporate these changes with a primary focus on development actions needed to improve and maintain airport facilities, air safety, and maximize development and economic impact to generate resources to support the airport. Proposed project deliverables will be prepared in accordance with FAA SOPs 2.0 and 3.0.
The Airport has received Public Transportation Grant FPN 457521-1-94-01 in the amount of $15,729.00 as the State's matching portion of this project. Local matching funds were previously budgeted when the FAA grant was received (LS 16209).
