BRIEF OVERVIEW

To comply with the requirements of the Home Repair Program Small Cities Community Development Block (CDBG) Grant No. 23DB-H08 and to document the actions taken while assuming the responsibilities of the environmental review, the Board must inform various historical and tribal entities of the potential impact on lands of historic cultural impact and provide those entities the opportunity to consult on the project. 

 

The homes/sites benefitting from the grant have not yet been identified.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT

None at this time.

The Board has authority to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairperson’s signature on the attached letters.
