BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County Administration contacted the Hernando County Procurement Department to Piggyback Forward Pinellas Agreement for Planning Support Services, awarded to the nine (9) firms listed below, with an agreement expiration of August 1, 2026, and two (2) two (2) year renewal periods remaining.
Hernando County Procurement Department requests piggyback approval with the firms listed below to provide the Contract services as needed.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The estimated annual spend is $200,000.00. This funding will come from various departments and accounts as budgets allow.

The Board has the authority to take the recommended action on this item pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve piggyback of Forward Pinellas agreement for planning support services (Hernando County File No. 24-PG0125/EK), awarded to the nine (9) firms listed above to be used on an as-needed basis, and as future Hernando County budgets allow. All projects above thirty-five thousand will be brought back to the BOCC for approval. It is further recommended that the Board authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to approve change orders as they become necessary and required up to budgeted amounts.
