BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County Water and Sewer District (HCUD) has a new water main and sewer force main project in the Sunrise Development from Sunrise Boulevard to the Ridge Manor Wastewater Treatment Plant. Due to the development on these parcels owned by Hawk Sunrise, LLC, it was mutually agreed to dedicate this easement for the installation of a water main and sewer force main as part of the already planned project. This easement will grant HCUD access for repairs, upgrades and maintenance, as needed. (Key No.: 1843535)

There is no financial impact.

It is recommended that the Board accept the Perpetual Utility Easement from Hawk Sunrise, LLC to Hernando County Water and Sewer District for the Sunrise Development.
