BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County currently has Piggyback Hernando County File No. 18-P00156 with Lamphier & Company of Sanford, Florida. This is a piggyback off Seminole County Contract No. IFB-603017-17/TLR for Caulking, Joint Sealing and Pressure Washing Services, which has an expiration date of February 20, 2023.
Hernando County Facilities Maintenance requested a quote from Lamphier & Company for exterior refinishing of the Hernando County Administration Building located at 15470 Flight Path Drive. The building is needing washing and sealing, and will include exterior improvement to prevent algae growth and staining, sealing of the windows and exterior metal sidewall refinishing. The Lamphier & Company quote received is in the amount of $54,006.54.
The quote was reviewed by Purchasing and Contracts and Facilities Maintenance. Pricing is in accordance with Piggyback Hernando County File No. 18-P00156 utilizing Seminole County Contract No. IFB-603017-17/TLR.
The Chief Procurement Officer has reviewed this requirement for conformance to Procurement Ordinance and Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funds are available from Hernando County Facilities Maintenance FY23 budget line item 01701-5304601 Repair/Maint- Bldg & Grd in the amount of $54,006.54.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the exterior refinishing project at the Hernando County Administration Building by Lamphier & Company, under Piggyback Hernando County File No. 18-P00156 (Seminole County BOCC No. IFB-603017-17/TLR) in the amount of $54,006.54 and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to approve change orders as they become necessary.
