BRIEF OVERVIEW
Regions Ten Properties, LLC would like to enter into a ground lease for a 98,271 square foot parcel of land with a street address of 15150-15154 Technology Drive. The Lessor intends to construct a 24,000 square foot 2-unit building.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Starting in year 2, the Airport would recognize a minimum of $11,793 annually in Account No. 4311-07411-3620054 - Lease-Non-Aviation.
