BRIEF OVERVIEW

Duke Energy has requested a utility easement on County property on newly constructed portions of Telcom and Technology Drives to allow for connection of electrical services for Wolfswood Holdings, LLC (Pem-Air, LLC) newly constructed facility located at 15741 Technology Drive.

FINANCIAL IMPACT

There is no financial impact for the Airport with this easement.
