The Zoning District Amendment to the Planned Development District and applicable PDP master plan must be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.

It is recommended that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend the Board of County Commissioners adopt a resolution approving the petitioner’s request for a revision to a Master Plan on property zoned C/PDP /(Combined Planned Development Project) which includes (Recreational), (Resort Residential), and (Single Family) with a specific R-1-MH and with deviations, with performance conditions
