BRIEF OVERVIEW
On January 9, 2024, the Board approved the Research and Technical Assistance Master Agreement (No. 24-A00153) with The University of South Florida Board of Trustees (USF) Center for Urban Transportation Research and Developmental Studies for research and technical assistance. This agreement allows for various task order projects with scope and pricing to be negotiated as projects arise.

Task Order One (Master Agreement #24-A00153) for Mobility Services Project Development, Management, and Technical Support was originally issued for $50,000, Change Order No. 1, in the amount of $68,574.47, was approved by the BOCC on 2/11/26 increasing the total contract purchase order amount to $118,574.47.

Hernando County Transit requests Board approval for Change Order No. 2 for the following:

* Mapping Services
* Graphic Design and Marketing Support
* Grant Application Assistance
* General Transit Planning Assistance
* Route and Schedule Development
* Transit Development Plan (TDP) Annual Progress Report (APR)
* Procurement Assistance
* Transit Asset Management (TAM) Plan 3 year Update

This project is funded 100% by Federal Grant Funds.

Note: Due to an error in the financial system, the change order numbering is off by one (1) number appearing misaligned with the attachments.

The Chief Procurement Officer has reviewed this requirement for conformance to Procurement Ordinance and Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
