BRIEF OVERVIEW
Kimley-Horn and Associates will present the final Hernando County Public Library Master Plan to the Board of County Commissioners. The Master Plan provides a long-range framework for library facilities, services, programming, partnerships, funding opportunities, and operational planning to address the current and future needs of Hernando County residents. The final Plan incorporates analysis of library operations, facilities, demographics, community engagement, and feedback received from the Board of County Commissioners. Staff requests approval and adoption of the Hernando County Public Library Master Plan.
