BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity has completed its review of the FFY 2021/2022 Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant application for funding and is pleased to announce Hernando County’s final score is within the fundable range and is granted a subgrant award of $750,000 for Housing Rehabilitation. The grant award is contingent upon mutual execution of the subgrant agreement.
The program conditions for the subgrant agreement, Attachment D, which details the program condition deadlines and financial consequences is attached. The subgrant agreement and other documents are to follow.
