BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Developer of Seville approached Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD) to clean up a missing 25-foot utility easement, and to dedicate a 75’x75’ tract for the existing lift station in the Seville subdivision.
The quitclaim deed and perpetual utility easement are needed to provide an easement over multiple runs of existing gravity sewer mains and a tract for the existing pump station, both items currently located on private property.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Quitclaim Deed and Perpetual Utility Easement from SV Tampa Land, L.P., to the Hernando County Water and Sewer District.
