BRIEF OVERVIEW
On March 11, 2025, the BOCC approved award of Contract No. 25-SS0205/JC to Centrifuge-Systems, LLC a/k/a Centrisys for the Centrifuge Equipment Lease for $63,500.00.
The purchase order was originally issued for $63,500.00. Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $90,000.00, would increase the purchase order to $318,500.00.
Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $15,000.00 was approved by the Chief Procurement Officer on May 20, 2025, for additional funds to increase the purchase order to allow for 90-day lease.
Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $150,000.00 was Board approved on September 23, 2025, for additional funds to increase purchase order to allow for additional 5-month rental.
Hernando County Utilities Department has requested an increase for Purchase Order No. 25000616 for an additional 3-month rental of equipment to allow for Centrifuge #1 to be repaired.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $90,000.00 to Centrisys Corporation to Purchase Order No. 25000616, bringing the total purchase order amount to $318,500.00.
