BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Public Works Department entered Contract No 21-T00114/TM with Megascapes Landscape and Maintenance, Inc., in September 2021, to provide sod. Due to increased maintenance demands, the contract quantities and amount need to be increased to meet operational needs thru fiscal year-end.
The Chief Procurement Officer has reviewed this requirement for conformance to the Procurement Ordinance and Purchasing Policies and Procedures.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding in amount of $277,277.19 is available in Account No. 1017-03232-5303408, LOGT 1-6, Road Maintenance, Contract Services-Sod.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board ratify Purchase Order No. 22000293 in the amount of $277,277.19 to Megascapes Landscape and Maintenance, Inc., for sod and authorize the Chief Procurement Officer to approve change orders if they become necessary and required.
