Municipal Service Taxing Unit (MSTU) resolution for FY 2027. Following public comment on the item, it would be appropriate for the Board, by roll call vote, to approve the resolution.

The Board is authorized to act upon this matter pursuant to Chapters 129 and 200, Florida Statutes.
recommendation
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the FY 2027 millage rates, by roll call vote, and certify the levy to the Property Appraiser of Hernando County for the Emergency Medical Services Tax District MSTU and Stormwater Management Program MSTU. It is further recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached associated resolution.
