BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Emergency Purchase Order (EPO) for Installation of Water and Sewer Lines for Modular Fire Station During Construction at Fire Station 2 Due to mold concerns in the existing station project was requested by Hernando County Fire Administration on October 24, 2022. Emergency Purchase Order 23000114 was ratified by the Board on November 29, 2022, Doc Id. No. 11300, to DEEB Construction and Development in the amount of $100,942.61.
Change Order One (1) was for a reduction based on a credit received from DEEB Construction and Development for work not performed by the Contractor, decreasing the Emergency Purchase Order by $62,929.61 from $100,942.61 to $38,013.00.
