BRIEF OVERVIEW
This amendment of the Community Planning and Technical Assistance Grant between Hernando County and the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity has added the allowability to extend the expiration date of the award to August 31, 2023. The deliverable due dates and reimbursement schedule amounts have been updated. The grant agreement provides for the cost of a broadband feasibility study for Hernando County. The Board approved the grant award on January 24, 2023, Legistar No. 11664.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Amendment One to Community Planning and Technical Assistance Grant Between the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity and Hernando County for Agreement No. P0452 from the State of Florida Department of Economic Opportunity.
