Received the attached letter from Dawn Triconi, Executive Director of Brooksville Main Street requesting a $50,000 partnership contribution for a once-in-a-lifetime county-wide event - “Hernando County’s Salute to America 250” - commemorating the nation’s 250th anniversary. This event is scheduled for Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., at Sand Hill Scout Reservation.
Commission Ryan Amsler has requested that the Board have discussion regarding the requested funding contribution.
