BRIEF OVERVIEW
Pem-Air, LLC is a tenant in good standing and currently leases several County-owned corporate hangars and ground parcels. The company’s current lease is expiring, and they wish to enter into another Lease for the hangar located at 16316 Flight Path Drive. The term of the lease is 5 years with annual rent increases.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport will receive annual revenue paid in equal monthly installments, along with any other required taxes and fees, in the amounts stated below and recognized in:
