BRIEF OVERVIEW
Clarence Bailey and Cindy L. Bailey have submitted a petition to vacate the Rear 6’ utility and drainage easement and the Right-Side utility and drainage easement within Lot 21, Block 1453, Spring Hill Unit 21 as recorded in the Plat Book 09, Pages 81-96, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida located at 8412 Elgrove Street. The vacation is sought to allow for a carport already on the site. All affected utilities and County departments have indicated no objection to the request.

It is recommended that the Board take public comment on the request, approve the vacation of the easements, and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the related resolution, after which it will be recorded in the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
