BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Fire Station No. 1 Generator Pad and Electrical Project was awarded by the Board on September 28, 2021, under Qualifications Contract No. 19-R00007 with assigned Quote No. Forty-Nine (49) to Seggie Custom Builders, LLC in the amount of $88,652.63.
Change Order No. One (1) was a price increase from AmeriGas for the propane tanks due to a 10-month time frame for quote to project award, increasing the Contract amount by $1,407.00 from $88,652.63 to $90,059.63.
Change Order No. Two (2) was a price increase for repair of a gas line leak under the slab, increasing the Contract amount by $762.90 from $90,059.63 to $90,822.53 and an increase of seven (7) days for a final completion date of June 13, 2022.
The final Contract amount is $90,822.53 (PO No. 21001119).
The work has been completed and Seggie Custom Builders, LLC has submitted its Final Pay Application No. Three (3) in the amount of $17,642.88.

Funding in the amount of $17,642.88 is available in the following accounts:
* Expense Account 02262-5304601 Logistics - Fire, Repair/Maint-Bldg & Grd in the amount of $8,274.79.
* Account 02492-5304601 Logistics - Rescue, Repair/Maint-Bldg & Grd in the amount of $5,516.53.
* Retainage Account 1661-2050214 in the amount of $2,310.94.
* Retainage Account 1691-2050214 in the amount of $1,540.62.

It is recommended the Board approve final pay request No. Three (3) in the amount of $17,642.88 to Seggie Custom Builders, LLC to close out Contract No.19-R00007 Qualifications Contract, Quote No. Forty-nine (49) for the Fire Station No. 1 Generator Pad and Electrical Project.
