BRIEF OVERVIEW
Satisfactions of Lien have been prepared for those who have satisfied a lien imposed by the Special Master for certain code violations. This document requires Board approval to release the lien, the Chairman's signature upon it, and for the document to be recorded in the Official Records.

It is recommended that the Board approve the attached Satisfactions of Lien, authorize the Chairman's signature upon them, and direct staff to record them in the Official County Records.
