BRIEF OVERVIEW
Two (2) vacancies currently exist on the Fine Arts Council due to recent expired terms and/or resignations. Russell Jaegar resigned effective July 21, 2026, and Sheryl Lisa Hannon-Council resigned effective July 30, 2026. As a result of a news release, one application was received from Belinda Pratt. The applicant has been verified as a resident and registered voter in Hernando County.
The Fine Arts Council reviewed the applicant’s application and recommended the appointment of Belinda Pratt to complete the term of Mr. Jaegar. The other vacancy remains unfilled until such time as additional applications are submitted.

It is recommended that the Board appoint Belinda Pratt to serve as a member of the Hernando County Fine Arts Council, with a term ending December 31, 2030.
