BRIEF OVERVIEW

Received the attached Conditional Site Rehabilitation Completion Order (CSRCO) for the former Department of Public Works Compound at 201 West Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard, from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Waste Cleanup Site #ERIC_9620 formerly COM_65033, and FDEP Storage Tank Facility ID #27-8520223.  The attached report is provided for the Board’s information as an update to the Declaration of Restrictive Covenant previously approved and recorded on April 24, 2024, at Book 4414, Page 1967 of the Official Records of Hernando County.

 

A copy of the Well Abandonment Report is attached and has been submitted to FDEP as required by the CSRCO.
