BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County Water and Sewer District (HCUD) has a new sewer force main project in the Sunrise Development from Sunrise Boulevard to the Ridge Manor Wastewater Treatment Plant. Due to development on these parcels owned by Hawk Sunrise, LLC, it was mutually agreed to dedicate this easement and install a force main as part of the already planned project. This easement will grant HCUD access to install new lines, and any future access as needed for repairs, upgrades and maintenance, etc.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact.

The Board has authority to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board accept the attached Perpetual Utility Easement between Hawk Sunrise, LLC and Hernando County Water and Sewer District.
