BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Construction of Fire Station No. 5 project was awarded by the Board on July 13, 2021, Doc Id. No. 18536, to New Vista Builders Group, LLC in the amount of $5,072,518.00.

Change Order One (1) was for the addition of signalization missed on original scope in the amount of $243,537.38, increasing the Contract from $5,072,518.00 to $5,316,055.38.

Change Order Two (2) was for a no-cost time extension of 167 days for substantial completion.

Change Order Three (3) was for the addition of underground work per Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative (WREC) power relocation in the amount of $41,333.51, increasing the Contract from $5,316,055.38 to $5,357,388.89.

Change Order Four (4) was for material cost increases due to market conditions from time of bid to material order in the amount of $200,341.81, increasing the Contract from $5,357,388.89 to $5,557,730.70.

Change Order Five (5) was for a time extension of 5 days, material cost increase and additional work needing to be completed in the amount of $121,903.65, increasing the Contract from $5,557,730.70 to $5,679,634.35.

Change Order Six (6) was for time extension of 30 days and material cost increase in the amount of $88,262.16, increasing the Contract from $5,729,782.53 to $5,767,896.51.

Change Order Seven (7) was for time extension of 10 days, material cost increase and changes in the amount of $50,148.18, increasing the Contract from $5,729,782.53 to $5,818,044.69.

Change Order Eight (8) was for a no-cost time extension of 104 days for Final Completion.
