RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board review the Administrative Official's determination and decide whether a dimensional hardship exists for the subject site and whether the prescribed setbacks are averse to the public interest. If the Board determines that a dimensional hardship exists for the subject site and that the prescribed setbacks are not averse to the public interest, the Board should ratify the Administrative Official's decision by adopting the attached denial resolution to quash the appeal.
