BRIEF OVERVIEW
Duke Energy has requested a utility easement on County property within the Regions Ten Properties leasehold, located at 15150 Technology Drive. The purpose of the easement is to allow for the maintenance, repair and operation of the electrical lines to ensure adequate service within the Corporate Air Park.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport’s revenue will not be impacted.

The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairperson’s signature on the attached utility easement between Duke Energy, Regions Ten Properties, LLC and Hernando County.
