BRIEF OVERVIEW
Florida law prohibits local governments from enacting and enforcing their own regulations restricting vessel engine noise on local waterways unless such regulations incorporate the language of s. 327.65(2), Florida Statute. The proposed ordinance amends Hernando County Code, Ch. 7, Art. IV, to incorporate the required statutory language.
