BRIEF OVERVIEW

The attached Amendment to Revocable License Agreement between Hernando County and Prime 88, Inc., is for the use of Hernando County Utilities Department’s (HCUD) parking lot at 15365 Cortez Blvd. as overflow parking by Prime 88, Inc., and its customers.  The parking area will only be used when HCUD is closed and not during normal business hours. The agreement is for a three (3) year term expiring September 2029.

FINANCIAL IMPACT

Prime 88, Inc. agrees to pay Hernando County $1,000.00 annually for the use of the Hernando County Utilities Department parking area.

The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Amendment to Revocable License Agreement between Hernando County and Prime 88, Inc., for the use of a portion of the Hernando County Utilities Department parking lot for overflow parking.
