BRIEF OVERVIEW

John H. Barr and Susan Barr (13335 and 13341 County Line Road, Key No. 379076), and Robert W. Johnson and Mary Patterson f/k/a Mary Johnson (13365 County Line Road, Key No. 379058) have granted Hernando County Water and Sewer District ( HCUD) perpetual utility easements for the maintenance, repair and operation of the existing water and sewer lines that run along the recently constructed access road that connects sections of the Avalon West Subdivision.

 

Although these easements were prepared, executed and recorded prior to Board acceptance, the County Attorney’s Office has verified the easements as valid, and as such, they are being submitted to the Board for acceptance.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT

No financial impact.

The Board has the authority to act on this item pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.
