BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Procurement Department issued Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. 25-C01119/JG on August 13, 2025, at the request of the Hernando County Facilities Department, to obtain bids to replace the Bravo section roof at the Hernando County Detention Center.
The Procurement Department placed the legal advertisement in the Hernando Sun and the Tampa Bay Times on August 17, 2025, and the OpenGov website on August 13, 2025. The bid was sent to three thousand, seven hundred seventy-four (3,774) matching vendor/contractors from the eProcurement portal. The bid document was downloaded by fifty-one (51) vendor/contractors and eight (8) submissions were received.
