BRIEF OVERVIEW

One (1) vacancy exists on the Waterways Advisory Committee due to a resignation of Christopher Licata, effective May 12, 2025.

 

A news release was issued accepting applications from individuals interested in serving as a member on the Waterways Advisory Committee.  As a result of the news release, five applications were received from John Carroll, Louis Johns, Thomas Crowley, Michael MacDonald, and Lucas Johns.  The applicants have been verified as being residents and registered voters in Hernando County.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board review the following applicants and appoint one (1) member to the Waterways Advisory Committee, effective until December 31, 2028.
